Samsung refuses to return trade in

I have been calling for 3 days straight for them to tell me now my trade in is accepted and they can't send it back to me. They have told me it was not accepted I tried asking for the return online but it won't let me hit submit. The wrongfully charge me for the first device I'm trying get me device and nobody wants to help. Every time I call they hang up on me I just want my old device back what I sent them. 

Samsung just wants to take your money and not help

Can I direct you to the Members Community in the US
You have a more complicated trade in setup than we have here in the UK and Europe
The US Community will be better able to give you the advice you will need
We have specific lables to attach so trade in devices won't get mixed up.
Something has clearly gone wrong with yours.
Here once you send the trade in device in, you would be lucky to get it back

Perhaps you could explain more about the situation and why it's not accepted.
Normally a trade in goes to a third party company that will recycle the device.
So getting a device back depending upon time is usually unlikely.

I just got the email on Wednesday stating that the device was not accepted it didn't not meet trade in requirements.  I brought a phone one week and brought the watch another I trade in both a phone and a watch. Sent them back in separate shipments. With the watch some how now it matched  up with the trade in phone and said it was not accepted because the trade in watch was not there it was the phone. So I have called to try to get them to resolve the mix up on  of the packages that were sent on two separate dates. They ended of charging be 800$ for the phone when I trade in a brand new Google phone in good condition.  Well the watch it has the phone trade in now a d I'm trying to get the phone back . They told me to go online and request the trade in back online. When I click on it it says click to accept and return device. The icon won't let me. I have called and  called. Today the sender's email saying your device is now accepted we won't charge you the 100$. No I want the device I sent them back
