SAMSUNG FOLD 3 SCREEN PROTECTOR PROBLEM!

Hi, can anyone help me please? I have The Fold 3 and the screen protector has started to come away where the handset actually folds. So disappointed, but was told that this is a common problem. I'm not even going to attempt to replace the screen protector myself. Do Samsung offer any service to customers encountering this problem? The handset is in absolute perfect condition, has always been in a case and is less than 12 months old. I find myself scared to even open the phone up now! Would appreciate any help or advice. Thankyou in advance.

Yes Samsung certainly can do this
Contact Samsung Customer Support to arrange a repair. If there's a participating Samsung Experience Store near you, ask for an appointment if you need it done quickly.
Depending on how bad it's lifting. It's probably better to get it done sooner rather than later.

Hi guys, can anyone advise me on what to do? The screen protector needs to be replaced on my Z Fold3. I contacted Samsung and they said they could replace the screen protector for me. I was advised to remove my sim, sdcard, fingerprint lock and personal info from the handset ready for collection. I was told DPD would contact me today. I have received no email, text, phonecall or anything from the company. Contacted Samsung and they told me to contact DPD myself. Isn't that the job of Samsung to do really? After all they said that they had booked it in with DPD! Samsung told me that it was supposed to be collected today. No courier came to my house at all, I know that for a fact because I have been in all day! I spoke to DPD who said that my details were not recognised, my repair reference number wasn't recognised - nothing at all! So where do I go from here? I feel really let down with Samsung and have been passed from one person to another. Can anyone help me please? I'm not asking for the world, I just want my screen protector replaced. Thankyou in advance

Thanks for your reply. Contacted Samsung who said they would replace the screen protector. They said DPD would contact me to collect. I haven't heard a thing. Spoke to Samsung and they said a courier should have come out to collect the handset today. Nobody came, I haven't heard a thing from DPD. Pretty disappointed with how I have been treated by Samsung to be honest. They just advised me to contact DPD myself. Which I did and none of my details are recognised at all. I have been passed from one person to another with no help whatsoever!

The internal factory fitted screen protector delaminated along the crease on my Fold³ which I chose to carefully peel off and use the phone without one now.

This was my choice.

It is upto Samsung to arrange for DPD to attend to collect your phone.

Maybe the Samsung Agent thought it might speed up the process if you contacted DPD directly. 

You'll need to re contact Samsung Support and or see if a local Samsung Service Centre can assist.

I appreciate your disappointed and unimpressed with the current set of events.

Quite simply Samsung will have contacted DPD after raising the repair status for your phone.

Something must have glitched on their or DPD's systems.

Please re contact Samsung directly to ask for the collection to be re arranged.

It might be better to keep your posts in one thread to keep this all in one place so you don't get the sane advice from members who do not realise you've created two threads.

I've requested for the two to be merged.
