I need help, I just recently had my new phone Z fold 4. Moved everything from my old phone with smart switch.
All was OK. Up until I presser on personal data.. now I can't access my Samsung cloud and can't sync or back up.
Called Samsung and they couldn't help.
Has this happened to anyone?? Can anyone help??
