Registered Product not appearing in my registered product list

Just got Galaxy Flip5 - appears in my account under devices but does not appear under registered devices. So I tried to register it in members app and says registered already. 

I can't access any boosts because it doesn't appear as registered in my account however won't let me register as says already registered - what is going on please??

I had the same problem. I suggest to go on samsung account on a Web browser , log in, click your picture that appears in the right corner after login, and then go to devices. Over there, if your flip 5 doesn't appear as registered, you have the option to do it manually. For this you'll need your phone model and IMEI number (both in setings and down to about phone).
