@M4tth3w

As a first troubleshooting step please clear the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section.

> Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hey! Did you figure our the problem? I just started experiencing the same problem or something similar. The quick access buttons are not working, (like the pulldown menu for Bluetooth, wifi, location, etc). When I open it all the way sometimes the buttons will disappear and the menu is just empty.

That happened to me too! It happens periodically. Sometimes even my mobile Internet won't work, even though it says I have bars, or Bluetooth won't switch on and I have to go into settings. I've cleared the partition and I hope it doesn't happen again!

I'm also having this issue on an S23+ (buttons not working and mobile data not working). I have tried clearing the cache partition, but that did not help.

Also, if I try to edit the quick panel buttons, the phone "crashes" and goes to the lock screen. Then, if I swipe down, the icons for the quick panel buttons have disappeared.

@EdJReynolds: Based on the unexpected nature of the issue you're facing, I recommend restarting your phone in Safe mode, as this will disable all third party apps and help to determine if the problem is stemming from an external source.

To enter Safe mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode.

With Safe mode active, monitor the performance of the device, based on the frequency that you encounter the issue. If you find that the issue is not present in Safe mode, then please restart your S23+ as you would normally and uninstall any apps that you have added to the device since you first encountered the issue. It won't be possible to determine exactly which app is at fault, therefore I recommend approaching this via a process of elimination.

I've had this problem for about a month. I just solved it by executing the spotify app, maybe you should try it

That's weird, because I'm using Spotify all the time and never had any problems with it, maybe in my case there was some other app causing the problem.
