Never Buy. The quality of Samsung phones appears to be diminishing. Particularly in the case of the Galaxy Fold, the inner screen may cease to function after approximately 18 months of usage, and the repair cost is approximately ₹90,000.
I purchased a Samsung Fold 4 device on September 27, 2022, for INR 1,51,830 (invoice enclosed). After receiving a notification for a version update, I proceeded with the update, which unfortunately caused the phone to malfunction. Both WiFi and Bluetooth ceased to function suddenly.

Hello @Shweta Dhiman
Just to firstly advise that you have created a post in the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk Members.
It might be beneficial to submit your post in your own region section of the forum too. 👍
In regards to a Samsung phone they apply a Manufacturer's Warranty, which in the UK is 24 months.
This covers non accidental damage to which the Terms and Conditions ,and any exclusions can be checked via samsung.com.
We agree to these terms automatically when making a purchase.
In the UK samsung do offer the option of purchasing samsung Care+ at the time of purchase, or within a certain timeframe can be added, that adds accidental damage.
If this is a software update that has caused issues with your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth then contact Samsung via the Samsung Members App and or contact a Samsung Service Centre.
Your post does create a small amount of confusion as you state the inner screen has stopped working which I assume has been assessed by Samsung hence the repair fee you mention.
Samsung will always need to bring a phone back to warranty standard before effecting a Repair.
This leads me to assume samsung have reported back to you that the repair to the screen isn't covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty due to accidental damage 🤔
Perhaps check if you have any applicable insurance via any Home Contents Insurance and or some banks provide cover as a perk of the account.
Or ultimately consider paying the fee asked for by Samsung.
I wish you all the best.
