Hi, the Z Fold 3 screen protector is beginning to peel off and bubbles form there. I am paying full insurance and they have informed me that I can take the mobile to the company where I bought it. They cover the screen protector insurance. They can inform me of this problem.

Hi @israelvj18
I'm not sure what the Terms and Conditions are in Spain, however in the UK it is the Duty of Care for the seller of the phone to provide support under warranty.
In the Uk Samsung phone's have a Limited 2 Year Manufacturers Warranty.
The Fold³ I own also had the internal screen protector delaminate so I carefully peeled it away, and it works just fine.
The warranty is not voided by doing this as long as the screen isnt damaged via the act of removing the protector.
3rd party screen protectors can be purchased from Manufacturers if a person wants to have one on the phone i.e Whitestone Dome is one option.
I've known Samsung in the UK actually replace the whole display and battery due to the issues of trying to fit a replacement screen protector or due to the film not being available or service centres not having the needed machine to fit one.
I wish you well with how you proceed to have yours replaced.
I wish you all the best. Take care. 😎
