Ordered the Galaxy Fold 3 and used PayPal for payment got my order confirmed and delivered to samsung KX store. Whilst on the way to the store my order was returned back to Samsung for some bizarre reason. Now I need to reorder and I am being told I can't get the Samsung Care +.
Has anyone else experienced this terrible treatment from Samsung?
What reason have been told about Samsung Care + @Mrb ?
I would have thought that when the order has been cancelled / refunded that removes any association away from the Samsung Care + order too.
More to the point why did they return the phone ? Was you taking too long to collect it or something ?
