I trust this communication finds you well. I wish to commend Samsung on its recent software updates, which demonstrate significant advancements in artificial intelligence capabilities. However, I must also bring to your attention a critical deficiency: support for the Persian language. Given that Farsi serves as the primary language across five countries, albeit with minor regional variations, the lack of comprehensive Persian language support within Samsung's ecosystem is a significant oversight. This deficiency deprives a substantial user base of key features, including real-time and in-call translation, internal text translation, and other functionalities. I would like to emphasize that customer satisfaction is paramount to a company's success. Therefore, I urge you to prioritize the development and implementation of robust Persian language support. That's a very good point, Samsung are always updating languages, and especially with AI it seems they're slowly going through them. It may take some time to do this but I'm sure they'll include Persian as time goes on

Samsung should hire agents for their customer support in Persian from the countries like Pakistan in such a cheap price because most of the customer supports are outsourced in Pakistan even though ive worked in some Persian language projects like IMO app.
