Oval plastic portion?

At around 2' 58" in the video it shows an, "oval plastic portion for the 5G antenna", embedded in the frame above the rocker volume button.

Checked my international Fold5 model, F946B D/S, and it does not have this oval plastic portion in the frame.

Is this a peculiarity of some Fold5 minority variants?

The US has a slightly different type of 5G service that requires a different type of antenna
International phones generally don't have this
