Not updating since February update

Hi all 
Since updating my z flip 5 to the February update my weather app and my recent calls are stuck on February 14th, I only noticed today when i saw the missed call icon and had a look but nothing was there only 14th February calls.
I'm not sure if the update was corrupted or anything but I've cleared cache and restarted my phone etc do you guys have any idea why it has happened? 🤔

Have you wiped your Flip5's cache partition since updating?

Yeah I always do the cache wipe a few hours after the update has come in

My bad! I just noticed that you did wipe the cache.
