No option to upload from my files

I have noticed recently that when I have been asked to upload a file for example when asked to prove id and upload a photo of my passport it doesn't give me the option to upload the photo that I have got in my gallery all I get is the option to take a photo or video or voice recording. I know that I used to be able to select the file option before and just upload the photo from my gallery. I don't know if this is something that I can sort out by changing my settings or not?

I just got Samsung S24 and trying to attach a file to upload and only option are camera, voice recorder, I need option to my files, one drive and Google drive.

Pick the one on the right. Photos and videos ( in my opinion this should be called browse) Then on the top there are tabs you can scroll. Over to pick documents!!!!
