Does this issue happen in one particular place or everywhere ?
Perhaps try the sim in the secondary sim slot.
And if possible try your sim card in another phone and then another sim card in your phone.
You can reset the network settings via General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections > Reboot the phone.
