Why does my z flip 4 keep powering off when I disconnect it from a charger or keep it folded and is there anyway to fix it?

There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try @Malik elsadeek however you may need to let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.

Use a torch to check there is no build up of debris in the phone's charging.

  • Ensure the phone's software is updated.
  • Ensure all the apps from the Playstore and Galaxy Store are updated.
  • Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then ling hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.
  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
  • Run the phone's Diagnostic Tool in your Samsung Members App.
  • As a last resort back up and factory reset.
  • Let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

This is likely a known issue with the Flip and Fold phones. Samsung is being really tight-lipped about it. Good luck.
