Move from iPhone to flip 5 ??

Hey all really not sure to move from iPhone to flip 5 I love the full screen and how it looks but I have heard the screen as it is a flip doesn’t hold up very well I don’t no if it’s just the usual negative comments or the truth. 

or do I wait to see what apple bring out in sept not sure 🤔

I would wait and see what Apple brings out in September and compare that with the Fold 5 then. You may get swayed by the hype around, and the reviews of the Fold 5 to go for it early. Either way @bluace, you are in a lucky situation to be able to choose from such phones for sure. I hope you really enjoy whatever device you finally opt for.

I would probably wait to see what apple does as well. Remember that you will be jumping to samsung and to a flip so it will be a massive change. I have swapped from iPhone to samsungs for years so I find it easy. I for one wouldn't touch a fold or flip for a while. I'm an extremely heavy user and would destroy one within months. I would say it depends on your usage. Light user flip will be fine. Heavy user naa. If you want a decent samsung I would recommend the s23 series.

Yea I think you are right I will wait and see it’s because my upgrade is due in October so I can then choose either one will see cheers for the advice

Yes I will be waiting until sept see what apple have to bring thank you for the advice this is it not sure if I will like android but may have to go in the store and have a look thanks again

No problems at all. If it's your first jump it's a massive jump. There is still things I miss about apple now.

I am going the other way, currently have a s21 ultra but going to get the iPhone 15 when it comes out reason being the app that i use to control some of my hifi equipment works better on apple. My daughter has the flip 3 and it's dreadful, the screen looks awful.
