I bought Galaxy Z Fold 4 in december 2022, currently 1 year and 6 months old.
my phone suddenly turned off and i count not able to power it on, until unless if i connected to the charger. i had a discussion with the online chat they suggested me to bring the phone to the nearest service center upon checking my phone service center staff told me out off warranty product incur the parts charges. my question is why manufacturing defect lcd screen should charged. why should i pay for it. most of them are having the same lcd malfunction and defect in it. my suggestion is dont buy any samsung Fold series until it stabled or get assurance from samsung to replace the manufacturing defected items.

In the UK the Manufacturer's Warranty is 2 years.
Did you go to a Samsung Service Centre ?

Yes i visited Samsung Service Centre,
my region is Singapore , and they told manufacturer's warranty is only 1 year.
