Issues with usb port

Has anyone else had issues with the usb charging port on the z fold 3? After a few months it suddenly became really loose, I can't insert usb cables in as far and they aren't held. The slightest tap and they just fall out. It's not letting them go all the way in. There is no debris in it and its been cleaned. Is this a faulty device? Should I contact Samsung and will they repair or for free? Or should I go to my network where I got the device from?

I already said in my post the port was already cleaned and has no debris

@Schnuupi: Are you using the USB-C cable that came packaged with the phone? If so, do you have access to another compatible cable, and does the issue persist with the alternative option? If it does, I recommend heading to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be able to arrange for the device to be inspected by an authorised engineer under warranty. If the issue is software or hardware related, and your Z Fold3 is under 24 months old, then the service will be free of charge. If the engineer identifies physical or liquid damage, which is not covered by our standard warranty, then a charge will be applicable to cover the cost of the service and any necessary repairs.

Yes, and it's not just that it's any usb device. The port itself seems to have an issue with it. It reaches 1 year next month so if its free that's good.
