Might be worth Wiping the Partition Cashe on the phone
Make sure all the software is upto date including apps.
If you still don't get the screen and or sound working.
Then contact Samsung Customer Support to book a repair.
It will be out of warranty, but if you have Care+, then should be able to get it repaired.
If you don't it might be worth exploring if your home insurance or some bank accounts cover mobile phone repairs
