When I project to my monitor (I go through firestick 4k) the image will fill the entire screen from bezel to bezel as it should.Apps, playing videos even scrolling gallery gives me full screen no issue.
When I open a picture in the gallery however, a thick border is added around the entire perimeter. The image initially opens up to the entire screen as should then quickly 'zooms out' as the border appears.
I thought this to be aspect ratio differences but if I zoom in ,the image does not fill the bordered area. Almost as if the smart view doesn't see the full real-estate of my screen. I have tried settings ie full screen on phone/TV, no change.
My note 8, 20, zfold 4 and s8 do not do this even using the same image shared to each device.
The monitor has no aspect ratio settings, it's a gigabyte m32uc 4k monitor.
I will try to get a picture for example.
Any ideas?
