@Pival: If there is mark on the screen, and it is not be visible in a screenshot, then this is likely to be physical/hardware related. If possible, please take a photo of the inner screen using the camera on another device, and attach the image to this thread, as this will be helpful as part of the troubleshooting process.

@Pival: I see what you mean. Have you tried wiping the mark with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to see if it can be removed in this manner?
If not then I recommend reaching out to our Support Team via samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and an advisor will be able to arrange for the device to be inspected by an engineer under warranty. Alternatively, if the phone is less than 14 days old, you may wish to try reaching out to the retailer directly to discuss your options regarding a refund or replacement.
