Can someone please help me, I have recently done the update on my galaxy flip 4 5g and for some reason the keyboard isn't working properly as it won't stay on the themes keyboard until it is changed to a different theme. I have never had this issue before and I have tried making sure it is on the theme keyboard through the settings on the keyboard but it won't stay on it. I will include pics so you can see what I am talking about. Tia Linda

This is the reply I received a day or two ago. I replied asking what bloody update it's supposed to be as all my apps are up to date as well as the Google Play system update. I'm not impressed at all 😅 My phone is currently the Samsung Z Flip 4.1700372959424_1700372959411_0.jpg

I pretty much got the same 🙄 I have told them everything is up to date on everything and I can't do anything else my end. I have also said that I will be looking at refunds for all of the themes I have brought as I am not getting what I have paid for. I have just sent another report to them and I want to know when this issue is going to be resolved as I am not the only person dealing with this 🫤 xx

Hello friends. I am glad to have found this thread.  You are NOT the only ones experiencing this issue.  I have the problem as well on my Flip 4. It is extremely annoying,  agreed.  Oddly enough,  I have the Z-Fold 3 as well,  and it does NOT have the issue. If I figure anything out I will gladly post it here.  Hopefully this is fixed soon. It only happens when I close the phone (Flip 4). If I leave phone unfolded abs toggle power on/off etc,  keyboard theme remains properly.

Hiya, thanks for your reply. I have contacted Samsung about this a few times and they are not giving any further information on when this will be fixed. I have also asked why we who have the flip 4 is not receiving the 6.0 update but nothing!! My s8 has had it and so has the s23 so I don't understand why we are having these issues and Samsung is not dealing with it. I have never in all my years of being with Samsung had any issues like this. I am so annoyed and frustrated.

I received this on the 20th of November. They won't disclose any information on what update it is specifically. I've now told them I want a refund because this is just a joke now1701544236324.jpg

I have just spoken with an advisor and she said that the update should be with us in a week or so!! I said to her why has my s8 and the s23 received the update but the flip 4 has not and she said they are working through each batch which means nothing to me! If I hear anything else I will let you all know xx

I received this message from Samsung a few days ago sorry for delay in putting up. Supposedly an "update/updates" are coming soon to get this issue resolved with the keyboard xx

I'm really sick of the keyboard not working and I can't believe it's been months without a fix

Well, at least that message is more than I've ever got. But this is beyond stupidity now. It makes me so mad. I want a refund on all my themes, and I've bought a lot of them!! It makes me so agitated when I update my phone because then the theme will work. Usually, it is no longer than 3 minutes at a time, but the last two updates have kept the keyboard theme or about 10 minutes each. So I get really excited, thinking that FINALLY they've done their job. Just to realise a mere five minutes more down the line that I was wrong. And that Samsung is still mugging me off.
