#Galaxy Z flip
I would like you to see the images and tell me if this happens to you with the outer screen of the Z flip. If it is normal operation, do I have to adjust something in the menu or is it a fault? Anyone else has happened? I have the notifications with the hide content option, it should only say for example:
1 new whatsapp

In the meantime, as a basic troubleshooting step, please try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, as this will refresh the software and address any temporary contributing factors. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings.
