Galaxy Watch 5 always saying continue on phone

I have the Watch 5 and the Fold 4. For some reason recently, the watch is wanting me to continue most things on the phone. This includes verification, deleting an email and so on. It never used to do this. Does any6have any thoughts? Have I just changed a setting without realising?

Actually, now I'm thinking about it, Google maps on Android Auto opened the keyboard on my phone when I went to type a destination in the screen of my car.

Any help would be appreciated. It's annoying!
