Galaxy Fold5 - Google Wallet/Play: Device Isn't Certified

Hi all,

My fold works perfectly except that Google Play says my device isn't certified. 

This means I'm unable to use Google Wallet, not able to add a card etc. 

I think it's because the device is registered with the Samsung One UI Beta Programme. 

Can anyone advise a step by step process how I can fix this please? I think Samsung are able to remove the device from the programme, is this correct?

Samsung state in their enrolment Terms & Conditions that, "Google Pay is not executable in Beta version".

To leave Beta, go to...

Members app  > Beta notices > FAQ of the One UI Beta Programme > Item 11. (See screenshot)

Have you changed your Samsung account recently?

What happens if you connect your device to Samsung Smart Switch? You should be offered the chance to Downgrade from there (see my previous screenshot).

WARNING. Leaving the Beta programme will reset your device (see previous screenshot).

Any problems, you can call the dedicated Beta line that I have posted previously.

I've purchased the phone second hand (like new condition), so I assume the previous owner added the beta software.

I'll have a go at the smart switch thingy and let you know how I got on.
