Fold4-GXK8 update-non security

Samsung have begun rolling out a further update, GXK8, to their Fold4 devices that does not change the November security patch, GXJA, that was released last month. Exactly what this interim update, 612.50MB, covers is a mystery.

It's hard to know as Samsung doesn't always release a change log, I do the December security patches for the S24series is out now for most countries.
