Fold 7 - No Spen

I'm out.  No Spen is an utter dealbreaker for me.

Add in no UDC on the inside, and no attempt to add Spen support to the front display or include a small built in Spen.

Samsung, if you want my money, the Fold 7 is the way for me to absolutely not hand it over.

Oh, and I'd like my £50 pre-order reservation back early for this mess.

I swear, first removing Bluetooth support on the S25U, now dropping S Pen in the Fold 7, Samsung is betraying a chunk of its loyal customer base that depends on this feature. If they remove it on the S26 Ultra and don't resurrect the Note series, I'm switching to Apple.

I knew it would be dropped after what they did with s25 ultra this year. The official reason is weight saving they couldn't make the phone as thin as they needed if they put a pen in it and the digitizer screen would of meant they couldn't have the thicker folding glass they wanted. You will get your £50 back if you don't preorder. Plus they finally caught up to likes of oppo. But the camera bump is still ugly and still cameras still not 'ultra' spec better but not ultra

They remove things that set them apart to catch up with the competition. Except the competition still manages to pack bigger batteries and better technologies at a lower price. Bring back DJ Koh...

Exactly where's the innovation they always were great at? Now it's all playing copy and catchup like apple does. Even oppo are using silicone batteries now samsung maybe next year

It's the insult that a) the Fold 7 is, and b) that even when I clearly don't want one now, Samsung are happy to hold onto my money for a month.

A month? No surprise they are quick to take your money but always delay handing it back like any company so it gains them a bit of interest in before they refund it😮

It's the terms of what I bought (yeah, insane, I know). I went in knowing that and I can easily afford to wait.

It's the principal of it. It just goes to show how rotten Samsung have become.
