Fold 6 Voice Note Problem

Hi,

So I got fold 6 2 days ago and figured that couple of my voice notes are not going on WhatsApp. I mean its mute actually for the recipient. 

Sometime it working good but half of the time the recording is silence or has some weird noice.

Do someone else have same issue? Or solutions 

How can I approach samsung for complaint or solutions? 

Please advise

There are several reasons for this:
1. Hardware problem.
2. Dust or debris stuck on the mic.
3. Or if you using side films on the phone to protect the edges can close the mic area.
4. Or using the case which closes the mic area.

Check if this is a cause or not. If not then it's your new phone under warranty feel free to visit the Samsung service centre.

BTW, I didn't put any film or cover so far. 

And problem is still there.

I have the same issue sending voice messages on Facebook Messenger. Some messages, you can't hear anything; others work. It's very weird, and now I'm looking to see if others have experienced the same issue.
