Fold 6 Order in review (Awful Customer Service)

I ordered Z Fold 6 on 11-Jul-2024 and didnt receive any email confirmation, while the money was charged immediately to my account. I contacted their pathetic customer service and they told me the order is under review due to an unknown reason and will take 3 days. Today i contacted the Samsung Customer Support again and they said it will take 7-10 business days for the support team to come up with the status of order. I mean what kind of pathetic company is this? Galaxy Z Fold6

I'm sorry to learn this has happened to your Pre Order. 

If you haven't already please double check your email spam inbox too, just incase. 

Something must have activated Samsungs algorithm on their ordering page. 

This can happen. 

The monies will have been gated off from your available bank funds by your bank to allow Samsung to collect.

If Samsung do not collect the funds then the amount would typically automatically drop back into your account in approximately 7 working days.

Have a word with your banks customer services to get this clarified.

Give them time. I think they are still in shock that someone did place a pre-order.
