My fold screen protector was peeling one month before my warranty and I was told 1 year and 11 days after my phone is out of warranty.    The phone is definitely defective if the screen protector bubbles and we have to replace them.    I have had a phone for 3 years with a screen protector and no damage.   Why make a product that is not up to par or I would have to change ever year.   So unfair and costly.   I would have kept the note after this Samsung will not get anymore of my money and I will look for an attorney willing to start a class action lawsuit.

Hi! Sorry to hear about your screen protector issue. Here, on the EU community forums, we have a 2 year warranty on our devices and a free screen protector replacement during that period.

You also have something similar in the U.S.A. during your 1 year warranty period. After that, you can get a replacement applied by Samsung for $19.99. See this link for more details...

I bought perfectly good screen protector off Amazon , cheaper than going to Samsung themselves and easier , what's the issue , change it yourself ?
