Still no update on my Fold 4. Stuck on one ui 5.1.1 and last security update was August 2023.

Any one else waiting still?

Is your Food 4 UK /EU CSC?

If yes, have you tried to connect your device to a laptop or pc and seeing if there is an update through SmartSwitch?

Well actually it seems to be on the European (EUX) CSC CODE

Could you please post a screenshot of your System information, (Settings > About phone > Software information), showing your current Build number and Service provider software version (see screenshot)

Your Fold4, F936B, has an active CSC code of EVR for the EE/BT carrier.

Your current firmware is showing as F936BXXU4DWH5 with the August 2023 Google security patch. 

There have been 3 further releases since then, for Android 13. The EVR CSC code is currently on release F936BXXS4DWJ2 with the November Google security patch. EE/BT have no Android 14 release at this time.

Try turning your phone off > remove the SIM card > reboot and check for any updates. If none, then turn phone off > re-insert your SIM card > reboot and check for updates. See if that helps.

That is odd that you are not showing any Last Update information in your screenshot. Did you download and manually install the current update?

Bought from e Bay, beginning to doubt this phone now.
