Fold 3 wifi not turning on

I've saw a few posts with people having issues with wifi not turning on. Everything that has been suggested has been tried. Reboot, reset network settings, master reset. Nothing works! Sent the phone to Samsung for repair and they returned it saying no fault found. I'm not silly, there definitely is a fault as it will not turn on at all. And today Bluetooth wouldn't connect even though its turned on. £1600 device and Samsung won't accept there is a problem. Can anyone suggest next steps before I lose all my hair!?

My fold 3 wifi just stopped working and there is nothing wrong with my phone while that of my spouse a black dot came on it and all of a sudden a big spread and the right part is not working. A class action suit must be initiated against Samsung, this is an expensive phone to bring up this annoying issues.

If you aren't going to listen to the problem please stop trying to help.

The wifi doesn't turn on.  It doesnt matter where you are.  The wifi ON THE PH9NE is disabled

A new victim, any help other than the screen replacement. I am in Kenya and with this hard economy, I can't really spend another 600Usd for the screen replacement. Never used IPhone, moving away will be again another stress.

I am having the same problem my wifi adapter is not turning on too, i tried everything suggested nothing works

So after trying several solutions, none of them worked.

My Grandma went to the Store where she bought the phone and did receive a replacement device. 

This did not gave us a solution to the problem but solved it. 
Thank you for all your suggestions.

infuriating that a phone this expensive has such a glaring design flaw that samsung is unwilling to acknowledge.

Hi,

I am having the same WiFi issue.

Beside a crack front screen that happened a year ago when I dropped phone while changing the screen protector, it has not made the phone defected in any working way whatsoever.

I make sure I have all relevant protectors and cases needed for the phone including spares just incase a new one is needed so the phone is like new and have done that with all the phones I have had even more so with this one as it is so expensive.

I googled solutions before thinking about going to Samsung and after reading the comments, I don't think it is worth the argument, Samsung should be doing the honourable thing and reaching out to all their customers who are having issues as clearly we all can't be making a big fuss for nothing! And if like me as I'm sure all or most of you are, we are loyal customers and shouldn't just be fobbed off, made to try all soert of self help suggestions nor should we have to pay for new screens to fix an issue that breaking the screen is the only way to fix the issue.

As with you all, I too have paid a lot of money to have the latest all singing all dancing phone and thought about an upgrade to the newest model when the time comes but if Samsung don't fix the issue honourably then they are going to lose a lot of loyal customers some of which have been with Samsung since get their first mobile!

Beyond angry about this issue and I've not contacted Samsung yet, just googled and tried all the suggestions with no luck and very reluctant to make the call now!!!

Guys the Wifi issue in fold 3 seemed to appear after updating the phone to the last current version, and since Samsung doesn't take the responsibility to resolve this issue, I strongly believe that this is Samsung's tactic in order to force you to promote or change your phone, as Samsung doesn't want the members to use the same phone for couple of years otherwise they won't earn enough money to challenge the new legislations that costs Samsung alot of money.
I am so disappointed to see all these people facing the same problem and Samsung is still silent.
In the end I want to let Samsung know that I won't change my phone if I don't benefit from it for over 6 years.

My Z Fold3 is also having the same problem.  The phone automatically rebooted, and now WiFi will not turn on.   An recent update to One UI 5.1.1 was also installed.   Samsung needs to issue a recall for this faulty equipment!
