Hi,

My fold 3 today has stopped vibrating. Have checked all the relevant settings, done a reboot & tried safe mode. It's never been dropped & lives in a case.

Anyone have same issue?

If you go to support at the bottom of the members app. Go to diagnostics, test the vibration. See if there are any faults. If there is an issue contact samsung.

You've performed some good troubleshooting there @Kingie07  👍

When you mention a " reboot  " @Kingie07 does that mean you've turned the phone Off and On  ?

You may want to also consider > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

And a Factory Reset after backing up as a last resort.

If these fail to resolve your issue then please seek assistance from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

@Kingie07: Further to the suggestion above by @Fiona26, did the phone vibrate when you attempted the diagnostic test via the Samsung Members app > Support > Diagnostics > Vibration > Vibrate?
