I use an app called Ringtone Maker ( should find it in the app store ) let's you pick out the part of a song you want as ringtone by setting where in the song you want the ringtone to start and saves the bit you select as a ringtone

Go to settings,ringtone and click on the + symbol if you have music on your phone should be able to pick what you want for ringtone
