Decline call with tesct

Can anyone help me please?

I no longer have the option on my Galaxy Fold 6 to reject call with a text. Now instead the option I have at the bottom if the screen during an incoming call is " Block call" or "Report call". How do I change it back to decline call with a text. I have looked in the settings at the decline text messages they are still there. I just can not choose them now during an incoming call. What do I do?

Hi there is there a "block from unknown numbers turned on"?

I've just checked. No that is turned off.

@paulmlaforge  Are you swiping up  as should be able to select a quick decline message from there https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/send-quick-decline-messages/ 

However noticed some reporting issues  with some contacts in other places, a possible fix is to turn off wifi calling but did not work for everyone.
