Cracking sound when flipping

Whenever i flip my galaxy z flip 4 it makes a cracking sound and im not sure why its happening. My phone has a case on at all time and im not 2 sure if its the case or the actual phone. Can someone please help me. Thanks!

As long as the display is intact with no damage and the hinge mechanism still works normally. You've absolutely nothing to worry about.

There are some marks on the screen and im not sure if it means anything

Turns out it was my screen protector
