Call Recording not available in Fold 5

For the last several days, I am very worried about my Fold 5 phone which I bought from Dubai. I am facing a lot of problems due to lack of call recording facility in it. I contacted many places like local service centre, WhatsApp support, customer service number etc. but unfortunately I did not get any proper response from anywhere. It is with great sadness that I have to say that I did not expect such a poor level of service from an internationally renowned brand. Even on the phone call to customer care, I got the reply that the phone purchased in Dubai will not be serviced in India, you should contact the place from where you purchased it. By simply changing the CSC code XSG to INS in my phone or installing Maximum India's firmware, I will get all the features of this country. The customer should be provided with the phone facilities of the country in which he will be using the SIM. What does it mean no matter where you buy the phone, the hardware is the same.

Now I feel that all my money has been wasted by purchasing Samsung brand phone. Because I had shifted from iOS to Android only for the convenience of call recording, but had mistakenly thought that the service standard of Apple and Samsung was the same.

Just to clarify, call recording is not a native feature of Galaxy mobile devices, however you do have the option of checking the Google Play Store for a third party app that meets your needs. Furthermore, software variances exist in our devices from country to country for compatibility purposes, so if your phone was purchased in Dubai, and was intended for use in that region, then you may have some trouble accessing certain apps and features. Furthermore, we offer a regional warranty, so the warranty for the device won't be valid in India. I understand your concerns, however I can confirm that the advice you have been given by Samsung India is correct, and workarounds such as altering the CSC of the device are not something that would be suggested from an official stance.

If a phone of the international reputed brand is purchased from one country and product related support or service is not provided in another country then what could be worse than this. The policy of such company is very poor and useless.

I purchased  fold6 512 gb last week from dubai,

And I am feeling exactly the same ,you have written here,

I am totally disappointed, 

I  have S 23 ultra, and it has call recording option.

I didn't find not a single call recording app from Google play store which records calls properly. 

I am a businessen and need to record my business calls on daily basis

What Should I do

I am  feeling I wasted my all money In buying Fold 6

Please some one help me out of this situation
