Samsung disabled my phone for payment and I paid already

So my phone was disabled because my trade in didn't make it in time and had to pay extra because it had a crack. I paid already and no one in the Samsung customer service can tell me how to fix this or who to talk to. It's been over 2 months. It's their system, but they don't know who does the unlocking. This is now ridiculous.

Unfortunately this is going to be not easy to sort out.
I always stress the importance of getting trade in phones sent as soon as possible. Precisely because of this reason.
It's complicated as the trade in phones are handled by a third party company
If you are in the UK. Try sending a private message to @Sam_UK
I'm not sure if they can help. But they may have a contact details you can try

As well as @Glenntech good advice please do perservere with your regions Samsung Customer Services Department by asking for this to be escalated too.
