I bought my Samsung Z4 Fold 16 months ago and received excellent service from the device. Last week I was requested to update my phone , which I did. Subsequently the inside screen of my my phone just went black ever since, though I am able to use the smaller outside screen. I have a colleague who has the same problem with her Z4 Fold. Has anyone else had similar experiences? What can we do?

Try clearing the cache of the phone via > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too. { Repair Apps may not be availableto the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Series of phone's. }
If that does not work then back up and factory reset.
Unfortunately if that fails then a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store will need to provide support @Donovan Cleophas
