I had a bixby routine setup on a previous phone, that will run once I wake up, which is being detected automatically by the device. I got a new device recently (Z Fold5), I'm unable to recreate the routine. Please check the attached.

You can create a routine in Settings > Modes and routines > Routines

You could also setup the Sleep mode and add a custom notification or change other settings in there.

Thanks for your reply. This option (wake-up time) is not showing up to me at all. How did you get it? Does it appear in the search for conditions?

Try setting up a sleep mode and see if it becomes available. Also ensure that the system and apps are on the latest version.

I tried setting up sleep mode, it didn't help.

I asked google bard and this is what I got:

"The "Wake-up time" option for Bixby Routines is currently not available on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5"

The option showed up after some time. Not sure what makes it show up actually. It's really strange.

I think it's just the phone learning your usage patterns
