Hi all,

Had my flip 5 for about 30 days now and noticed that at least once a week any app that uses biometrics loses that ability. I have to log in to the app with password, disable biometrics and then re-enable. 

 

Can anyone help or advise on what could be causing this issue please?

Not seeing that on my sons zflip5, screen lock and main apps for banking, pass all fine, had it since launch.

Try running a diagnostic through the members app, or if a specific app is the culprit
