Battery 🔋 Problems 😕

How can my battery get back to 100% 🔋😕

My battery stops charging sometimes at random times, it appears with a flashing battery symbol without a lightning through it. Also it overheats and gets too cool ( weird ) to the point where the phone cant charge and i get hit with a message saying wait untill the phone cools down or heats up. Also the phone turns off at random times showing a yellow symbol with a triangle, i have to plug it in to charge even though it could shut down at 60%.

Try diagnostics via Samsung members app and then i would contact Samsung support plus make sure to have a files backup. Just in case

Hi there 👋 the symbol indicates that something is wrong with charging port or charger itself.

Have you tried to change different cables?

If so try press and hold power and volume down buttons simultaneously till samsung logo appears.

Also it seems like your phone is quite in bad shape might be worth bringing to samsung experience store if you have one close to it or book a repair.

I guess it might be due to multiple factors like USB port damage as well as other components of your phone. (As from the picture provided)

I'd strongly recommend to get in touch with samsung customer support ir book a repair.
