Galaxy Z Fold | Z Flip@leonajane: Are you using the official charging plug and cable that came packaged with the phone? If so, please restart the device, then head to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > More Battery Settings, and make sure that Fast Charging is toggled on here. Furthermore, press and hold on the Samsung Members app icon > Diagnostics > Cable Charging, and check if this flags any issues.
