I read that bixby does something similar but I was wondering is there an actual app for free to download
Many years ago I had an app on my Sony ohone it had a first name which I forget the second word was responder. It basically could've been set to send a message when a call came through ir an sms.
Maybe waffling on bit it's just a thought I would like to find out about
