Apps being put to Sleep

Morning, 

I'm running into challenges on my Z Flip 5, it keeps putting InTune to sleep when it should be left unrestricted. 

Has anyone else noticed that the OS isn't following the battery instructions?

Have you put it in 'never sleeping' ?

So you can't put it in Never Sleeping if it's set to Unrestricted.

Latest update from September seems to have fixed it from being axed.
