Anyone know if there's a complaints email or form for samsung ?

I've been told by multiple agents by order is ready to be shipped but they refuse to ship it for another 12 days, it's the bespoke edition it's all made etc and it's just sitting in their warehouse in the UK, i've seen people get theirs early but they legit refuse to even remotely consider sending mine out before the 17th, all i get is constant copy and paste replies, disgusting service.

You can't, legit they all refuse to give you any information on how to do so.
