I have attended the Uk unpacking for S25 event in London, I have also reported to the team about the frustration of users about the updates on when the new software will be released, Highlighting the ignorance of Fold/Flip flagship from the landscape of updates, I was promised that my message will be delivered, I have confirmed that I am not the only one frustrated, Can you please share your frustration on this post? Yes man, very expensive and nothing in return. In Bulgaria the Honor Magic 7 pro is like 600 euros on pre-order with 512gb compared to 1400 euros  for the S25U and I it's like pretty much better in every aspect except for the display. I always buy every flagship on day 1, but this year I skipped the S25U. I just can't fit it in my head how the Honor makes something better for 600 and Samsung can't even beat it for 1400.

I don't get why these threads are made each OS update, android isn't the issue is Samsung one ui that's the issue, never have Samsung gotten updated when they come out, of course Google devices that run bare Android get their updates first. The few rare times Samsung pushed updates fast they were buggy and everyone complained. But yeah i agree it shouldn't take a long as it does. Wish it were like old times where the bootloader was unlocked or Able to be unlocked but you'll lose pay abilities and other if you do so nobody really does it anymore. I miss being able to run vanilla android roms on Samsung phones.
