How to change camera to 1080 or less

Hi 

I was wondering if you can advise me on the Samsung flip 6.

I was trying to upload a video and it says my video is too high. 

I looked though my settings but i can find the place to make my videos record at 1080 or less

Can anyone advise me please

Use capcut to transfer it to 1080, happens to me when trying to post videos on tiktok

You could also try size and format option in the edit menu. Basically, click on edit then click the three dots on the top right and choose from the available size which will offer 720P which is HD.
