Having installed the latest update for my Fold 3 which appears to be Android 14, I have not been able to use wifi at all on my phone. I have carried out all the usual clearing cache, reset etc. and spent an hour on Samsung help chat. But nothing will make the wifi return to normal. Instead it is greyed out and continually says "Turning on". It never turns on. My data charges are increasing as I use the phone for my business. Having googled this problem, it appears that it is happening to both Z Fold 3 and Z Fold 4 phones when they have installed the latest update. Is there any likelihood of Samsung rectifying this problem?
