For some reason, nobody ever gives a hint where to download that beta for my Z Fold 4—could you guys enlighten me as to where I can grab it?

Beta is now on its 3rd and possibly last release.

Beta testing is only available for certain Z Fold/Flip 4 devices according to region and CSC codes. 

If your device is eligible, you need to check your Samsung Members app and look for a banner inviting you to join the Beta testing. (See screenshot)
