A few weeks ago I bought a Galaxy Z Flip 3 under a new monthly contract (the new contract was with a different supplier here in the UK, called Tesco Mobile).
I only realised today that the voicemail feature isn't working - so if someone rings me while the phone's switched off, they just get a message saying it's an unknown number.
Is the voicemail feature something I can activate from the phone? Or do I need to refer it back to Tesco Mobile?

Thanks - for Tesco Mobile I needed to dial 905 and I can then enable & disable voicemail.
